For that cozy Montana house, go see Bitterroot Furniture! This is by far the best couch we have ever had. The family that owns and runs this furniture store is so sweet and so much fun! Mix that with their many years of knowledge and you will have the best experience. I will be back for sure.

Bitteroot furniture is amazing!! The leavel of customer service is beyond what you could ever receive in Missoula! We went to every furniture store in Missoula none of these stores had what we needed a big and tall recliner!! Mark the owner and his excellent team includeding the warehouse guys that delivered with a great attitude to Missoula!! Mark and his wife brought knowledge and alot of humor to our shopping experience!! Their motto is Drive a little save alot!! It's so true!! Hamilton is a great town , after your shopping go try The Coffee cup Restaurant!! Everything is homemade includeding their pie!! Go and have some pie after buying your furniture!! We stopped into Bitterroot Furniture on a shopping trip to Hamilton on December 23, and I was truly impressed with the experience. We were looking specifically for a rocking recliner. The staff showed us where they were and then gave us space, which I really appreciated. I dislike being followed while I’m trying furniture, and they respected that completely. The recliner was for my daughter, who has a disability. She is 33 years old but very petite—about 65 pounds—so the chair needed to fit her body comfortably, be easy for her to rock on her own, and be something she genuinely liked. After trying several options, we found the perfect one. The salesperson also let us know about their outlet store but none fit her as well as the brown chair we kept coming back to. When we talked about purchasing it, the salesman checked to see if they could offer an additional discount—and they did. At the warehouse, they carefully loaded the new chair into our Expedition. When I asked whether the new chair would rock as easily as the floor model, the salesman paused—clearly a question he hadn’t been asked before—but assured us that if it didn’t, they would deliver the floor model directly to our home. What a joy it was to purchase from such kind, thoughtful, and accommodating people. I would highly recommend Bitterroot Furniture and will absolutely shop there again.
